1. Renokenongo Residents Insist to Hold Out at PBP and Ready to Fight
(Radar Surabaya, Surya, Memo, Kompas, Seputar Indonesia, Jawa Pos)

Radar Surabaya :
Renokenongo residents joined to Pagar Rekontrak again produce bamboo spear as the additional to the existing one. Now, around 2000 bamboo spears already produced. According to information, the refugees will not receive the facilities, i.e. electricity, clean water and food, anymore beginning August 10.

1. Porong River Dredging

Radar Surabaya :
Mud sediment at Porong river that coming from spillway started to dredge on Saturday (28/7). The sediment become thick everyday and makes the river more and more shallow, particularly for the area near to the spillway at Pejarakan, Jabon District. BPLS has to dredge the river as the sediment getting more wide especially during the hot season.

1. Pertamina Gas Pipes Will be Cut

BPLS in the near future will cut Pertamina gas pipes in Porong-Gempol highway former, even that pipes development spent Tp. 90 milliards to replace the blown pipes on last November 22, 2006.

Radar Surabaya :
After the mass sworn, LBI towed the clergies and socialites to monitor the amends process of mud victim assets. Thursday (26/7) some socialites, clergies, PT MLJ, LBI and also member of House Commission III, Achmad Fauzi, had a meeting to synchronize the perception of social problems caused by the mud disaster. The closed meeting held in a restaurant located at Dipenogoro street, Sidoarjo.
