The role of House of Representative become more significant and its contribution to deliver state policies is not dominated anymore by the executive. One of the important roles of the House of Representative is to establish the State Budget (APBN) proposed by the President. Besides, the House of Representative also has responsibilities in producing and revising the Laws.
